Our published September 2026 starting construction rates per m² of built area are Basic from IDR 6,500,000, Premium from IDR 9,000,000 and Luxury from IDR 14,000,000. These are starting rates, not a quotation for your drawings. Land and furniture are extra. Any additional design work is identified and quoted separately; the final price follows the reviewed drawings and agreed scope.

Questions about building from your plans
Can you work with my own architect?
Yes. We review your architect’s plans for buildability before quoting, and your architect is welcome on site. Any necessary clarification or revision should be agreed before the affected work proceeds.
Can I send plans without an existing PBG?
Yes. Send your drawings with or without an existing permit. Reviewing and pricing a project is separate from authorising construction to begin; we check the permit position before building.
Can you use drawings prepared overseas?
Send them for review. Suitability for the Bali site, missing details and any required local coordination must be assessed before we confirm the scope.
How long will villa construction take?
A reliable programme follows review of the site, drawing completeness, scope and permits. We do not promise a standard completion time before assessing your project.
