Plan shade, ventilation, privacy, drainage and indoor-outdoor connections early. Coordinate pool placement, maintenance access and materials with the drawings and budget. For rental villas, discuss guest circulation and operational needs before construction starts.
Getting these details right on paper keeps your villa cooler, drier and easier to rent, and it costs far less than fixing them on site.

Design & Build starts before drawings exist. Build-from-plan starts with your architect's drawings and focuses on review, pricing and construction.
Do you handle the PBG permit?
Yes, our Design & Build service includes handling the process. Approval and timing depend on the project and authority.
Can I follow the project from overseas?
Yes. Weekly photo and video reports and video calls keep you informed, with input at design stages.
Is design included in the construction starting rate?
No. Design fees are separate; construction starting rates also exclude land and furniture.
